As we become more considered about what we wear, many of us are choosing natural fibres like wool, cashmere, silk and linen — pieces that feel better, wear beautifully and often come with a higher price tag.

But there’s a catch.

These are also the pieces that don’t love being washed. One wrong cycle, a little too much heat, or simply washing too often can leave a favourite knit shrunken, faded, pilled or never quite the same again.

Klér started from founder Karen’s own wardrobe and a problem she kept running into: what do you do when something isn’t dirty enough to wash, but doesn’t feel fresh enough to wear again?

She wanted a simple way to refresh her delicate pieces between wears — without constantly putting them through another wash, and without using a heavily perfumed fabric spray that simply covered up the smell.

So, Klér was created.

Our alcohol-free garment and fabric refresh mist are designed to neutralise unwanted odour between wears, helping you wash less often while keeping the clothes you love feeling fresh and ready to wear again.

And because caring for your clothes should feel as considered as choosing them, Klér pairs function with beautiful, understated fragrance — White Tea, Soft Wood and Clean Cotton — designed to sit softly on fabric rather than overpower it.
